Alerts vs. Tasks

These are the system defaults and Task (really any alert marked as a "is task" (set in manage dropdowns)) includes a button to "mark completed" and, when clicked, records the date and the user who clicked the button. A "Simple Alert" (or Alert Type where "is task" is not checked) does not include a completion date field or this button.
